Monolithic sunshades cut on our water jet using 0.375”aluminum plate. Custom aluminum extrusion border match-drilled with our CNC machines to achieve tight joints and streamlined assembly. Fabrication of 8”square aluminum tube with 0.5” walls. Every unit was assembled completely at Mid-Am to verify accuracy. Finished using 70% PVDF paint. Disassembled and packed sequentially, then shipped with field installation kits that included custom fabricated brackets.
